Booking regulation:

Local tax: All prices are exclusive the local tax. The local tax must be to paid separately (from the age of 16) according to the status quo of the tourism association Tux.
Short-stays up to 3 days: 10 % surcharge, single room surcharge € 20 per day. 

Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the rooms have to be emptied by 11 a.m.
Types of payment accepted: Cash, EC-Card, following credit cards: VISA, EUROCARD.
Cancellations and conditions: In case of a late arrival or an early departure we will charge you the half-board price less 30 %.
Reservations: Your reservation is confirmed upon remittance of € 350. Deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee, except when cancellation is within the period prescribed, or when taking a travel cancellation insurance, according to the terms of the contract. Otherwise the general rules and regulations for Austrian Hotels apply.
