 What is "Bewusst Tirol"?
„Bewusst Tirol“ is a campaign to strengthen the Tyrolean economy, agriculture and tourism and to increase the awareness of the Tyrolean population for their country.
We have been using local products for years. This guarantees short routes of transport, organic production, contact to the farmers and producers ... and of course the food's quality!

- pumpkin cheese cream soup
- filet of trout "mediterrane" with lemon ravioli

- stuffed tyrolean pasta served with spinach with melted butter and Parmesan
